Summer BBQ Series: Texas Style Beef Brisket at Lunds & Byerlys Kitchen

Enjoy Pit Fired Beef Brisket with a "Tap Take Over" by Insight Brewery. Brisket takes a long time. We’ll commit to 15 hours of low-and-slow cooking to get it right!

Meal includes beef brisket (about ½ pound), potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, Texas toast, pickles and onions. $12.50 advance ticket or $15 day of event.
