Spotlight on Zejd Olive Oil
Zejd is the ancient Phoenician word for oil. While traveling, Howard and JoAnn Slivers fell in love with Zejid olive oil from Lebanon, and eventually began importing it. Now they are experts in cooking with it, too! Howard will share delightful stories and recipes spotlighting his Extra-Virgin Olive Oils. He’ll make Roasted Vegetables with Linguine Salad, Olive Oil Poached Tuna Melts and Organic Olive Oil Cake.
