Somali Kitchen with Aisha
Aromatic with spices and herbs, Somali food is a fusion of diverse influences spanning many aspects of cultures across North Africa. Aisha’s idea of playing as a child was to stay by her grandmother’s side and help with the cooking. Sample Sour Bread with Maraq, Nafago, and Bajiya, favorites from Aisha’s homeland.
