Created for people having trouble chewing and swallowing due to dysphasia, stroke, teeth or jaw problems. Chef Barb Strand, creates recipes in her book, Smooth and Tasty: Easy to Swallow Foods, that are nutrient dense, pureed and also satisfying and delicious. Sample creamy tuna pasta, creamed carrots and peach smoothie. A perfect class for family, caregivers, friends, food service cooks, dental and occupational therapist, caring for people with swallowing issues. Note: Book Signing to follow.
