Let’s Go to the Seaside 1!
In Minnesota we go to the lake. In Italy, when the temperatures rise, Italian’s go to the seaside. Joan Donatelle and daughter Marissa cook up new found recipes after a visit to the beach in Remini. Sample, Fritto Misto, fried mixed seafood, Spaghetti alla Frutta d’Mare, and Piadina, a flat bread sandwich. Kevin Cunningham, Wines & Spirits manager will bring Italian cocktails and wine to sample. Close your eyes and imagine the cool ocean breeze.
