Cooking with Beer
Winter dishes bring extra comfort when they’re enriched with beer! Chef Ginni cooks up Beef Chili with Brown Ale and Polenta Croutons, Smoked Gouda Soup with Ipa, and Sugar, Spice & Beer Donut Holes. The beer pairing will be from Lucid Brewing microbrewery in Minnetonka, which provides clarity in thinking and excellence in drinking!
