Cookbook Club: Untamed Mushrooms
Join us at Lunds & Byerlys St. Louis Park for our first Cookbook Club meeting on Friday, May 12 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. That evening we’ll discuss the new party and recipe book, “Celebrations to Remember,” with co-authors Soile Anderson and Eleanor Ostman as well as enjoy delicious samples and wine.

Untamed Mushrooms is a love letter to the woodlands and seasons of the Midwest and its food traditions old and new.
Join us for a delicious evening as we delve into the culinary world of Mushrooms. With the guidance from the authors’ of the newly published book, Untamed Mushrooms, Michael Karns, Dennis Becker and Lisa Schroeder.
We will sample three recipes from the book and include wine pairings.
Each paid attendee receives an autographed copy of the book.
