Smooth and Tasty

Created for people having trouble chewing and swallowing due to dysphasia, stroke, teeth or jaw problems. Chef Barb Strand, creates recipes in her book, Smooth and Tasty: Easy to Swallow Foods, that are nutrient dense,  pureed and also satisfying and delicious. Sample; Creamy Tuna Pasta, Creamed Carrots and Peach Smoothies. This is a perfect class for family, caregivers, friends, food service cooks, dental and occupational therapists who are caring for people with swallowing issues.
