Peruvian Delights

Award-winning author, Amalia Moreno-Damgaard, shares her culinary and cultural experiences from her recent trip to Peru. Enjoy a fun demonstration that includes classics such as Causa, a spicy chicken with potatoes, hard boiled eggs and Saltado, a beef stir fry with rice and fries, and Quick Ceviche de Camaron, a spicy shrimp with potatoes and corn. Wine pairing included.
