Stefano Sarti, maker of our favorite pesto and Toscano Pecorino cheeses, along with Chef John Stefano will bring your taste buds on a tour of Tuscany. Sample Chianti Roasted Pears with Pecorino ReNero and Chestnut Honey, Truffled  Macaroni and Cheese with Crispy Prosciutto and Parma Shards and Pesto Frittata with Pecorino Fresco.
